ASNE's Reynolds High School Journalism Institutes in full swing

Every summer for the past 10 years, ASNE has organized five, intensive two-week journalism-training programs for up to 175 highly motivated high school teachers.

Every summer for the past 10 years, ASNE has organized five, intensive two-week journalism-training programs for up to 175 highly motivated high school teachers. The Institutes, which are funded by a generous grant from the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation and are held on college campuses throughout the U.S., provide teachers with the skills to instruct students about the core tenets of professional journalism and to work with them to produce top-notch scholastic publications. Two of this year's Institutes (Arizona State and Texas) were held last month, while two other programs (Nevada-Reno and Kent State) wrap up next week.
