Get your journalism recognized by ASNE O'Brien Fellowship Award for Impact in Public Service Journalism

If your organization has outstanding individual or team work that helps to solve a community or societal issue and leads to changes in laws, regulations or other demonstrated results, then consider submitting it to the O'Brien Fellowship Award for Impact in Public Service Journalism in the 2017 ASNE Awards by 11:59 p.m. EST Sunday, Jan. 29
The award, established recently by the J. William and Mary Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University, is inspired by the Perry and Alicia O'Brien Fellowship in Public Service JournalismThe winning individual or team will receive a $2,500 prize and visit Marquette for a symposium and related events to share their expertise with students and faculty and show how they produced their award-winning journalism.
