This special workshop June 15 is for reporters, project editors and top editors to learn what it takes to create an investigative culture and lead high-impact investigative projects and teams.
Panels will include:
11 a.m. - noon: Leading as a Reporter
Top investigative reporters and player coaches will talk about how to lead a team to great success and how reporters and other content creators can lead their entire organizations into doing better investigative work.

Editors from newsrooms small and large, who have brought great projects home, will talk about everything from vetting ideas to deciding when to write or keep reporting to building project teams to coordinating with various departments to fact-checking processes.
