ASNE's investigative leadership workshop June 13 at the 2018 Investigative Reporters and Editors Conference in Orlando, Florida, was a big success!
Nearly 40 people from news organizations across all platforms participated and learned how to lead high-impact investigative projects and teams and create new ways to reach and serve their communities. Twenty leadership experts led the engaging and informative program from 9:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
The workshop was planned and organized by ASNE Treasurer Manny Garcia of the USA TODAY Network and Secretary George Stanley of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. We thank IRE and Google for the partnership and sponsorship!
