Join us May 6-7 to hear about politics, diplomacy, US foreign policy under Trump administration

Sign up by May 2 to attend our one-of-a-kind event May 6-7 in Washington, D.C., which will include briefings on conservatism v. Trumpism, Supreme Court "decisions to watch" and America's foreign policy in the age of Trump.

A $200 travel reimbursement is available to the next couple of people to sign up.

We will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 6, with an event at The Heritage Foundation, co-sponsored by The Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies & Citizenship, the D.C., arm of Michigan's Hillsdale College. First, we'll hear from an all-star cast of right-leaning notables who will debate the question: "Can Conservatism Survive Trump?" Then, we'll hear three legal scholars - right, left and centrist - discuss which Supreme Court decisions, soon to be handed down, could most profoundly affect American life. We'll end the day with an hour of journalism shop talk focusing on community engagement in an election year. Detailed schedule.

Then on the morning of Monday, May 7, we'll head to the U.S. Department of State to meet our nation's top diplomats for a whirlwind tour of U.S. foreign policy under President Trump. Name the hotspot, and we've got you covered. This has long been one of our most popular annual traditions. Detailed schedule coming soon.
There is a registration fee of $15, which includes one boxed lunch for May 7. The fee will be waived for those who can only attend the May 6 briefings at The Heritage Foundation. Please email ASNE Communications Coordinator Jiyoung Won at if you want to register for just the May 6 briefings.

See you in Washington!
