Take advantage of ASNE Legal Hotline, new free service for members

We are pleased to introduce the ASNE Legal Hotline to help guide members in their efforts to serve the public. Take advantage of this new free service by asking legal questions to ASNE Legal Counsel Kevin Goldberg.
We're pleased to announce the launch of the ASNE Legal Hotline today to help guide members in their efforts to serve the public.
You can run your legal questions by ASNE Legal Counsel Kevin Goldberg any time you want. If you're OK with making your question public and perhaps starting a discussion for others to join, then email it to asne@asne.org with the subject line "ASNE Legal Hotline." Goldberg will respond, and both the question and answer will be posted to our new ASNE Legal Hotline page. If you don't want your question made public, then contact Goldberg directly at goldberg@fhhlaw.com or 703-812-0462.
Either way, please understand that there will be some limits to the hotline. Goldberg will do his best to explain the legal issues surrounding your question, but he is not an expert in the specific laws of every state, nor is he licensed to practice in every state. Thus, any discussions you have with Goldberg through the hotline are not to be construed or taken as "legal advice" and are not to be used as a substitute for obtaining your own legal counsel.
