The 2015 ASNE-APME Conference kicks off in 2 days! Here are 9 things you need to know. 

1. Need a hotel room? 
 
The Sheraton Palo Alto is the official conference hotel. To book a room, click here. 

2. Getting from the airport to the hotel

The Sheraton Palo Alto is at 625 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, California 94301.

From Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC)

Caltrain
At San Jose Municipal Airport, the Terminal A VTA #10 bus stop is located on the departure side between Terminal A and the International arrivals building. Take this shuttle bus from the airport to the Railroad Avenue/Santa Clara Caltrain Station (aka Caltrain). Then take Caltrain north from Santa Clara Station to the Palo Alto Station, located one block from the hotel.

Driving
Take Highway 101 North and exit onto Embarcadero Road West. Proceed approximately two miles and turn right onto El Camino Real. The hotel is located three blocks down and on the right side.

From San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

Caltrain
From San Francisco International Airport, take BART to the Millbrae Station. Then take Caltrain south  to the Palo Alto Station, located one block from the hotel.

Driving
Take Highway 101 South and exit onto Embarcadero Road West. Proceed approximately two miles and turn right onto El Camino Real. The hotel is located three blocks down on the right side.

From Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK)

4 to 9 p.m. to/from the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center
Stanford's Marguerite shuttle service will be available every 30 minutes to/from the Sheraton Palo Alto and the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center, where the opening reception and auction will be held.

Saturday, Oct. 17 
7 to 11 a.m. and 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. to/from the Li Ka Shing Center
Stanford's Marguerite shuttle service will be available every 30 minutes to/from the Sheraton Palo Alto hotel and the Li Ka Shing Center, where the conference sessions are held.

Sunday, Oct. 18 
7 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 7 p.m. to/from the Li Ka Shing Center
Stanford's Marguerite shuttle service will be available every 30 minutes to/from the Sheraton Palo Alto hotel and the Li Ka Shing Center, where the conference sessions are held.
 
Look for the #EDITORS3D logo on the side of the shuttle, so you know you're in the right place!

5 to 6 p.m. at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center 

Saturday, Oct. 17
7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Li Ka Shing Center

Sunday, Oct. 18
7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the Li Ka Shing Center

5. Attire
 
Attire is California casual. Suits and ties are optional, clothing is not!

8. Internet access at the Sheraton Palo Alto

Wired and wireless Internet access in guestrooms is $9.95 per day. Complimentary wired Internet access is available in the business center. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Starwood Preferred Guest members get free in-room Internet by booking on SPG.com, Sheraton.com (or any Starwood brand websites) or through any of the SPG Apps.
 
9. WiFi passwords at Stanford

Free WiFi will be available at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center and the Li Ka Shing Center. The passwords will be inside the cover page of the program, as well.
