On Saturday, Dec. 6, you'll have a chance to apply the knowledge you gain from the "Five things I wish my -------- Understood" session and build a process for choosing and implementing the right tool for the right job.
Sign up today to attend and participate!
One of the fun sessions we've planned for Saturday is "The Bucket List" during which we'll explore tools that can help you generate or augment content. This is your chance to apply what you've learned about vocabulary from the previous session and build a process for choosing and implementing the right tool for the right job.
Refer to this draft of the agenda for more information on Hacking News Leadership sessions and discussions. We'll begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, and end at noon Sunday, Dec. 7.
Sign up now to attend the conference, and if you haven't made your hotel reservation, email ASNE Finance Director Cindy Roe at croe@asne.org as soon as possible. The block of hotel rooms we had reserved expired Nov. 11, but we will be able to provide some rooms at the $129/night rate on a first-come, first-served basis.
ASNE Board of Directors members Jim Brady of Stomping Ground, Manny Garcia of the Naples Daily News, and Emily Ramshaw of The Texas Tribune; ASNE member Jennifer Orsi of the Tampa Bay Times; and Vicki Krueger of Poynter are spearheading the conference.
The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, Alley Interactive and Parse.ly are our generous sponsors. If interested in being a sponsor or learning more about the conference, then contact ASNE Communications Coordinator Jiyoung Won at jwon@asne.org.
