Just a reminder that Sunshine Week 2014 wraps up Saturday, March 22, which means we have two more days to celebrate the positive impact of open government and freedom of information. Thanks for all the good work, and let's make this year a successful one!

If anyone is looking for fresh content to close out the week, take a look at the two new articles in the opinion section under the Toolkit. Continue to send emails with links or PDFs of your Sunshine Week products to sunshineweek@asne.org to be included on our participants list that has been growing every day. We're excited that the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy is participating.
Don't forget to check out the events calendar for dozens of events you might have missed this week. Unlocking Government Data was hosted by several organizations, including ASNE's co-sponsor of Sunshine Week, Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.
And here's what's happening today through Wednesday, March 26, though Sunshine Week ends Saturday, March 22:
- Supreme Sunshine: Shining a Light on the High Court
- Screening: "JFK: A President Betrayed"
- 2014 Sunshine Week Seminar
- Community Journalism: Investigative Reporting
- Sunshine Week Potluck Mixer
- Community Journalism: Emergency and Disaster Reporting
- Sunshine Law Events
Sunshine Week 2014 is made possible by an endowment from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and by generous donations from Bloomberg and the Gridiron Club and Foundation.
Launched in 2005 and partnered with the Reporters Committee in 2012, Sunshine Week is a national initiative to promote a dialogue about the importance of open government and freedom of information.
