The ASNE-APME #editors3D conference will kick off in eight days at Stanford University.Register now if you haven't.Our sessions and conversations on diversity, digital and disruption, as well as a variety of activities will help you learn new ways to move forward and make connections with fellow decision-makers in the journalism industry.
The conference will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, and conclude at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18. Please refer to our program schedule for more information.

Amicus brief regarding New Jersey open public records act

ASNE has joined an amicus brief, drafted by the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, which pushes back against a truly contorted reading of the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA). The brief is being filed in the New Jersey Supreme Court in support of the North Jersey Media Group.
