2016 Emerging Leaders Institutes

In 2016, ASNE hosted three Emerging Leaders Institutes (formerly known as the Minority Leadership Institutes), sponsored by the American Press Institute, the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, Loyola University Chicago's School of Communication and the Scripps Howard Foundation. The institutes selected and trained 73 mid-level news leaders from U.S. organizations across all platforms.
